Since it intrigued me (I'm intrigued by things I usually take for granted this early in the morning), I asked butterfly to look up "collywobbles"

1) severe gastroenteritis of unknown etilogy: characterized by severe colic and vomiting and diarrhea.
2) [Brit] queasiness or general discomfort caused by nervousness.

Cheery sort of word, eh?  We need them to add "Pleasant wibbling" to the def. in order to reflect slasher usage.
